At Apps for the Living, we care about your privacy. The EMDR app is designed to collect as little data as possible.
We do not collect personal information such as your name or email address through the app itself.
We do collect a small amount of non-personal technical information, such as:
• device type
• operating system version
• app version
• whether the full version has been purchased in the app
We use this information only to improve the app and to understand overall app usage, including how many users have purchased the full version.
We only look at this information in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual users or build personal profiles.
To help us understand app usage, we use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. TelemetryDeck is designed to provide anonymous analytics without building profiles of individual users.¹
We do not sell your data.
We do not use the app for advertising or cross-app tracking.
If you contact us by email, through our website, or in another direct way, we may receive personal information such as your email address and anything you include in your message.
We use that information only to respond to you and handle your request. You can ask us to delete information you have shared with us by contacting us at privacy@appsfortheliving.com or through our website. We aim to delete such information within two working days, and always within two months.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here.
